Our associationInnovation Jeunesse Découverte Association – European Youth Card France.

The Innovation Jeunesse Découverte Association – European Youth Card France (Association IJD France) is in charge of developping in France the European Youth Card program. Its mission is to build innovative projects linked to Youth Mobility in France and in Europe.
The main goal of the program is to provide an easier access for young people to culture, sports, entertainment, transport… while enhancing experience sharing, participation and mobility accross Europe.

EYCA

European Youth Card Association
The Carte Jeunes Européenne / European Youth Card in France is a member of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA) based in Brussels – a non-profit organization representing 37 youth card organizations and 35 countries in Europe.
Created in 1987, the EYCA is supported and recognized by the Council of Europe, in particular through the Partial Agreement. The Council of Europe is the continent’s leading human rights organisation.

Our common goal: promoting mobility and exchanges for young people across Europe, through the European Youth Card.
Each EYCA member organisation issues the European Youth Card in their territory. The majority of EYCA’s member organisations are NGOs and private foundations, however, some of them are also state and public institutions or social benefit enterprises. All the members share the same vision of a Europe where young people can circulate freely, participate and exchange.

INFORMATION
EYCA uses multiple networks to keep young people updated, not only about innovating activities of the EYCA and with their card, but also, on all the fields that can be interesting for young people such as: employment access, training, education, health, travels etc.

DISCOVERY
Through the organization and promotion of European projects, exchanges projects, information campaigns and events targeting young people, the EYCA’s mission is to create a sharing experience community creating dynamism and exchanges among young European people.
